The Pacific Open Water Challenge has become the Pacific Open Water Festival with prestigious new offerings for 2010: 

2010 USA Swimming Open Water Championships & National Team Trials to be held in conjunction with the 1st Pacific Open Water Festival in June, 2010!

2010 Pan Pacific 10K Open Water Championships to be held in conjunction with the 2nd Pacific Open Water Festival in August, 2010!

2010 is going to be a great year for the Pacific Open Water Festival with the event being held 2 times in Marine Stadium, both times in conjunction with prestigious national and international open water swimming events.

In early June, the 2010 USA Swimming Open Water Championships & National Team Trials will be held in conjunction with the Pacific Open Water Festival.  Brief outline of events include the USA Swimming 5K National Championships on Friday, June 4th, Pacific Open Water Festival swimming races on Saturday, June 5th (open class), and the USA Swimming 10K National Championships & National Team Trials on Sunday, June 6th.  More details will be announced soon. 

In August, the 2010 Pan Pacific Open Water Championships will be held on the traditional date for the Pacific Open Water Festival.  Saturday, August 21 will be the Pacific Open Water Festival swimming races (open class) with the Pan Pacific 10K Open Water Championships on Sunday, August 22nd.  More details to be announced soon.
